Getting compliant with ALTA Best Practices doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, and there’s a lot of uncertainty in the industry regarding the steps title agents need to take. To clarify the compliance process and help you plan your compliance timeline, we’ve built out the roadmap to compliance success.

Gap Analysis

Assess your company’s current level of compliance with ALTA Best Practices by completing our detailed readiness assessment.

Consultation Call

Take part in a conference call with ComplianceSuccess team members to better understand the ALTA Best Practice requirements and what exactly your company needs to do to comply.

All non-compliance issues noted during the readiness assessment must be corrected prior to testing.

HA&W will provide guidance leading up to testing and can provide resources to assist in remediation, if needed.

During the 90-day assessment period, the company must demonstrate compliance by adhering to all seven pillars of ALTA Best Practices and gather all documentation requested for testing.
